Nusa Dusun, Melaka: AI-integrated orchard bungalows
Nusa Dusun is an orchard-concept residential community in Melaka by Meridian (Sri Lingga Sdn Bhd): single-storey bungalows on 6,000 to 10,000 sq ft lots with 24-hour security, marketed as "Banglo dusun berintegrasi AI", AI-integrated orchard bungalows.
Phase 1 comprises 100 bungalows. Each home is fitted with the full range of Aqara smart-living devices, supplied through Synchroweb and integrated with Home Assistant, covering lighting, fans and air-conditioning, security cameras, appliances, laundry, energy and ambience, all controlled from one app and through automations. The project is currently under construction.
For the developer, smart living is part of the headline offer: it features on the brochure cover and gives the launch a clear selling point in a competitive landed-property market.
