Trizen, Sri Lanka

Trizen is Sri Lanka's first super high-rise apartment building with comprehensive built-in smart home solutions, and a benchmark project for real estate in South Asia.

The developer installed Aqara across 897 apartments with more than 16,000 devices, including smart door locks, sensors, wall switches, cameras and curtain controllers. Through Aqara's APIs and SDK, residents control everything from the developer's own app, with Aqara providing the underlying infrastructure.
